we like to think of ourselves as peripatetic crafters! sometime last year or was it the year before, we came across atelier brunette while wandering the streets of paris! a new and delightful fabric line started by annabelle k. that is both designed in-house and by the very talented fifi mandirac.
these fabrics are designed in paris and then manufactured in india according to very high european standards. the fabric themselves are similar to those of liberty tana lawn in size and weight. they are a very generous 140 cm (approximately 54″) in width with a soft hand and lovely drape.
atelier brunette fabrics whisper of french chic with a lighthearted touch of whimsy. they don’t look like much at first glance, but look at them again and they’ll look “oh so right” all the time! we want to make an entire wardrobe out of these lust worthy fabrics that are so versatile for every occasion!
find them on our shelves here. ps. we’re the first american stockist of these c’est si bon fabrics.
